What we collect

Through the contact form we ask for your name, company, work email and, optionally, your ERP, order volume and a message.

The interactive demo and the savings calculator run entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter or click there is stored.

How we use it

Only to respond to your request and prepare a possible walkthrough. We don't use your details for newsletters or other marketing without your separate consent.

Your consent

We process your details based on the consent you give by checking the box in the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep contact requests only as long as needed to follow up. If a request doesn't lead to working together, we delete the details no later than twelve months after our last contact.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. It is stored with a hosting provider that processes it only on our behalf.

Order data in a pilot or rollout

Order data processed during a pilot or rollout is not covered by this policy. For that, we agree separate written terms in advance, including a data processing agreement.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them. Email hello@fultroniq.com and we'll respond promptly.
